Sir Freddie Laker celebrating birthday with champagne bottle, young boy, and pilot figurine in home kitchen, August 1987

Sir Freddie Laker celebrates his birthday in August 1987, holding a bottle of Moet champagne in his home kitchen alongside a smiling young boy and a pilot figurine wearing captain's hat and sunglasses. This intimate family moment captures the aviation pioneer during his later years, after the collapse of Laker Airways but showing his continued connection to aviation through the decorative pilot figure.
