Young child in aircraft cockpit holding control wheel with flight instruments and panels visible, 1970s-1982

A young child sits in an aircraft cockpit, hands on the control wheel, surrounded by flight instruments and control panels. This photograph from the Majorca collection captures a moment during the golden age of Laker Airways' charter operations to popular Mediterranean destinations. The image reflects the era when Sir Freddie Laker's airline made air travel accessible to families vacationing in Spain's Balearic Islands.
