White motor yacht cruising past Palma Cathedral in Majorca harbor, 1970s-1982

A white motor yacht navigates the waters near Palma de Mallorca's iconic Gothic cathedral during the late 1970s or early 1980s. This photograph from Sir Freddie Laker's personal collection captures the leisure activities available to tourists visiting Majorca during the golden age of package holidays. The image reflects the tourism boom that Laker Airways helped facilitate with its affordable charter flights to the Balearic Islands.
