Man in riding helmet and checkered shirt mounted on dark bay horse in field with dressage marker, 1970s

A rider wearing a traditional riding helmet and checkered shirt sits astride a dark bay horse in what appears to be a dressage arena or training field, with a white marker post marked 'C' visible. This photograph from the Sir Freddie Laker Archive shows the aviation entrepreneur's personal interests outside of his groundbreaking work with Laker Airways during the peak years of his Skytrain service.
