Sir Freddie Laker in business suit holding ceremonial shovel, smiling at camera in black and white portrait photograph

A black and white portrait photograph shows Sir Freddie Laker in a business suit, holding a ceremonial shovel and smiling warmly at the camera. This image likely commemorates a groundbreaking ceremony or significant milestone for Laker Airways during the height of his aviation career. The formal studio setting and ceremonial shovel suggest this was taken to mark an important business development or construction project.
