Sir Freddie Laker shaking hands with chef in white uniform and hat at formal event with decorated cake

Sir Freddie Laker, wearing a dark business suit, shakes hands with a chef in traditional white uniform and toque at what appears to be a formal celebration or catering event. The scene includes an elaborately decorated cake, suggesting this may be related to a Laker Airways milestone or corporate celebration during the airline's operational years.
