1981 newspaper clipping showing August Helms and Arty Beck sampling English pints at a pub

A newspaper photograph from 1981 showing two men, August Helms and Arty Beck, enjoying English pints at what appears to be a pub. This image from the press clippings collection captures a social moment during the period when Sir Freddie Laker's transatlantic airline operations were making headlines. The casual pub setting reflects the informal, accessible approach that characterized Laker Airways' brand during its operational years.
