Man in suit raising British Union Jack flag on flagpole outside industrial building, black and white photograph

A formal flag-raising ceremony taking place outside what appears to be Laker Airways facilities, with a suited official hoisting the Union Jack flag. The industrial building complex in the background suggests this may be documenting an official opening or ceremonial event at one of Sir Freddie Laker's aviation operations during the company's operational years.
