Sir Freddie Laker on penny-farthing bicycle at European Holidays Cup Winners 1981 event with ornate staircase

Sir Freddie Laker rides a penny-farthing bicycle at what appears to be a promotional event for the European Holidays Cup Winners 1981. The black and white photograph shows Laker in formal attire on the vintage bicycle, positioned near an ornate Victorian-style staircase in what looks like a grand hotel or exhibition hall setting.
